  Room was quite dirty with dirt on carpets and behind the bed. There was a frequent bad small coming from the AC. Our bed was supposed to recline and adjust according to the description, which it did not do. We told front desk twice about this and they said they’d send an engineer to look at it, but nothing ever happene…
