Good location, pleasant staff but room had no view even though was booked as city view

Paid for premier city view king room and did not have view at all. Room In middle and looking directly into other rooms at the Warick. Had to keep curtains shut for privacy and no natural light so dark room. Disappointed as would have been a great stay but for that. Should not say city view and customer doesn’t receive…

I would stay there again!!! And I’m super fussy!
8.0The location was excellent, close to so many things! Our room was huge and roomy! The staff were all super friendly and helpful! There was an old charm about it! We had a room with two double beds on the 22nd floor! It was pretty big!

Perfect place, perfect stay
9.0Great big room and wonderful view. The hotel’s location iwas fabulous, comfortable big room. Only problem was the bathroom was too small but nothing terrible. Perfect cafeter7and gym. Overall great stay!
Air conditioner in the room didn’t work and it was very hot. Lobby was a little old looking. Elevators too small, no problem for me because they were fast but small. Windows could be sound proof since the street is very noisy.
