• Lovely stay in a great location with a beautiful view

  We had a lovely stay at Virgin Hotels New York. We really enjoyed the modern design, great atmosphere and especially our room with a beautiful view. Everything was comfortable and pleasant, and we would definitely stay here again.

  The elevators were quite slow on our last day, but otherwise everything was great and we would happily stay here again.

  The location was awesome, best views.

  Spiders in the room, pool can only be used by hotel guests 8 am to 1130 am, not heated, or you have to pay 150 to 200 just for the chairs, plus 50 per person food or drink purchase.

  Great location, room amenities are very good and the room is spacious for New York

  Elevators are REALLY slow, we had a leak in our room that was not fixed during our entire stay and they also didn’t move us to another room/ compensated us.

  The elevators were extremely slow - we often had to wait up to ten minutes for an elevator. Room security was poor - a man (not hotel staff) entered our room with a master key while we were in the room but the hotel security officer was very slow to do anything.
