  The location was amazing - so convenient for subway and walking distance to most of the places we visited. Being in the flower market was a huge bonus too! Beautiful!

  As with lots of NYC hotels there was very little storage - overall though for the time you are in the room it didn’t matter - I would stay here again!

  The top aircon plate of the ceiling fell off and luckily just missed it by the inch. The manager did not even say anything. They just repaired it and gave an extended hour of late checkout

  The one genuinely positive thing I can say is that the staff was extremely kind and accommodating. They were very understanding when we explained the situation, allowed us to check out early without any issues, and refunded us for the remainder of our stay. I really appreciated how helpful and professional they were.

There is a voltage/electrical room on each floor, and our room was constantly vibrating and shaking from what sounded like electrical equipment or wiring throughout the entire night\.   The floor was covered in toenails and never got cleaned. All the dishes were dirty and I had to wash them to begin with. So many bugs like flies mosquitoes and spiders.
