  Good value for the city. Easy access to the subway! Lots of great energy on the weekend, so bring earplugs to sleep if you’re not going out late on weekend nights.

  Very good location, near the F line and not too expensive considering alternatives.

  No cleaning of facilities, poor maintenance including A/C system issues, poor bedding, blocked sink tap and leaking from shower to floor. On check in staff were not very helpful about confirming opening hours for an in person check in.

  The roof terrace is amazing. Loved the location and being so near to the subway. It was good not to have to carry around a physical key to the room. The beds were really comfy. Everything was spotlessly clean. The air con was great.

  The shower leaked water onto the floor. Somehow it was seeping past the shower door so maybe it's the seal. The shower itself was great though.

  Love your Brunson mural. Glad to be able to check my bag beforehand.

  Staff was friendly, but it wasn't until the third person I spoke to that I was told about C level and the 7th floor terrace, and I had to ask myself. I asked because your website showed what looked like a terrace. Can't you give info on the email acknowledgments? Maybe there's someplace else I was supposed to look for…
