10.0The property was in a prime location, the service and staff was next to none and everything was so clean. Also have to mention Lisette who ensured we had anything we needed and literally was the kindest soul, anyone’s day will be left improved after meeting Lisette, what a wonderful person.

Loved it. Staff were exceptional. Buffet breakfast ideal. Rooftop bar a haven in the city.

No coffee machine in room and have to go to the lobby and buy a coffee - really more of a 4 star hotel than 5..dont like to be nickle and dimed.
