  Lovely man on check in and overall staff are lovely. Fruit available on reception.

  Breakfast service a bit variable depending on staff - some engaged and efficient one or two not so efficient .Shouldn’t be too critical as overall we loved breakfast service and food divine. We stayed a week.

  Smoke detector flashing all night .Stayed in another location and did not have the same issue .No sleep masks available .It did cause disturbed sleep

• The Iroquois Hotel is always my choice for my NYC visits.

  The hotel's location is perfect. Just off the Times Square fray, there is easy access to theaters, restaurants, the subway, Penn Station, and Port Authority. My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast with add-on options was very nice.

• It was ok. The price was very good for the location but I would not call it a luxury hotel.

  The breakfast included was very good, besides the coffee which was luke warm and the half and half tasted off. The bathroom was small but very nice.

• Clean, convenient, warm and generally friendly. Staff a bit amateur-ish.

  Perfect location, accessible to everything, literally a 6-8 minute walk to grand central which can’t be beat.

  Staff are polite but perhaps not the best problem solvers. Three issues that came up for me: 1) staff attempting to be helpful checked me into the first available room, when I walked into the room and closed the door, I (and the bellman) could clearly hear people coming off the elevator. I’m a very light sleeper so ask…
