Overpriced (kind of like every hotel in nyc to be fair)

Floors dirty and shower handle was broken. No help with luggage or parking.

Super stay at The Gotham Hotel!
10.0The front desk staff were super welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean. The Juliette balcony was great. Very conveniently located if travelling by train/tube, and in walking distance to Times Square and other popular sight-seeing areas.

Wonderful place for a perfect stay in NY
10.0Everything was perfect. Exceeded our expectations. Location is great, hotel is very comfortable and offers very qualitative amenities. We had a room with a balcony on the street side : fantastic view and no noise when windows closed.
