6.0The location. Rooms were cleaned daily. Staff were friendly.
The hotel decor is dated and not in the best of condition . The Wi-Fi is not great in rooms but ok in reception. No fridge in the room. $500 dollar incidental charge a bit much considering the quality of the hotel.

The proximity to Times Square was excellent. We could walk to restaurants, shows and all things around Times Square so easily. The main bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff are very helpful. They organised a large suv for a great price to the airport on our last day.
The evelvators were a bit hit and miss. On one day 2 of the 3 weren't operating which made getting a ride from the 12th floor to reception difficult. In fairness they fixed the lifts quite quickly and after a couple of days they were back up and running.
