  Exceptional stay!!! Absolutely love everything and right in Times Square!! I’ve been to NY multiple times and by far this is my favorite place to stay in. Staff was wonderful and even gave us a free upgrade

  I liked the room. It was clean, had a good view, and I surprisingly slept very well during my stay. The front desk staff were nice, as well as the security.   Location is one of my favorites so I rate high points for that

  A hotel at this price point should not have paper cups for use in the room. They should be glass. Also, again at this price I expect bathrobes like other equally priced hotels in Manhattan offer.
