I will use this hotel chain whenever I am able too! So refreshing!
10.0The team are fab! Everyone says hello whether see you, including maintenance and cleaning staff! They really do treat you as an individual!! And finally a US hotel that uses full size fluffy bath towels!! Well Done!

10.0Love the way the lobby team always said hello and asked how you were as you walked in and out!
Obviously the problem with the door locks is a nuisance, although well managed by the team!

8.0Location was fine, especially given the price. The accommodations were more than adequate.
The only issues where technology related: 1) Door cards were not working through the building; and 2) The wrong instructions were provided for logging into WiFi. Other than that, it was great!

Like the cleanliness, location and the retro decor.
The TV didn't work, being on a high floor, key cards were not working and had to be let in by staff everytime you came back to your room.
