  Location

  Very overpriced for what it offers. The hotel feels old, poorly maintained, and generally neglected. The condition of the property does not justify the price at all.

  The room was old, never cleaned and had spider webs in the corner. I EVEN GOT A LETTER STATING THEY COULD NOT CLEAN THE ROOM! Are you serious! 😂

  The cleanliness, service on day one the staff was so rude and lack of cleaning is a health concern. I did not even sleep under the sheets because I was just disgusted. It was an overpriced MOTEL experience. The elevator was broken causing me to drag bags down the stairs that were heavy and my knee is even in pain. The…

  The location was amazing!! And the staff were absolutely lovely. Nicest hotel staff I have ever met.

• Great location in SOHO

  Location is amazing, one block away from the Spring Street station and walking distance to all the restaurants and shops in SOHO. Staff is helpful and warm, would stay again.
