  Proximity to everything in manhattan as well as Times Square. The lobby was also very nice and aesthetic.

  Room didn’t feel the cleanest it was also very tight and cramped and not the most comfortable. Bathroom door was very hard to open once you closed and locked it.

  My service dog felt like home. Every staff member was beyond excellent from the front desk personal to the cleaning staff. Thank you for such an amazing hospitality. Draco and I are very grateful, blessings.

  It was in a great location and had one of the most comfortable beds I’ve had in a hotel ever. The round glitter ball bath was an added bonus especially after all the walking to soak those aching legs

  It was quite dark in the foyer and there were no refreshment facilities either in the room or available in the hotel. We were offered a bottle of water as we arrived and there was an excellent diner, coffee shop and Irish bar with good within a few doors of the hotel.

  Friendly staff. Comfy bed. Nice bedding. Bathroom renovated in last few yrs and quite large.

  Hotel is overall gloomy and in need of a renovation. Lobby area, hallways, bedrooms. TV in room had only five channels and no cable. Desk and sofa in room had seen better days

  Location is central Rooms were clean but very minimal

  Smell of sweat in the lobby. No bar, no restaurants no water in the room, not even any cups or glasses or facilities to make tea or coffee. Really poor standard. Had to ask reception daily for water. Hotel is very dated & smells appallingly of sweat in the reception area. Not worth the money at all. Wouldn’t recommen…
