10.0This was our first time at a Riu property and our family of 5 loved it! The staff was all friendly and very helpful from the moment we arrived. The property is clean and modern and centrally located. The breakfast was a GREAT way to start off our days with excellent food.
The room is small, but it’s nyc. Also - get streaming tvs

1.0Nothing besides location, we upgraded the room as it was too small, however we got a room that was full with flies and bugs all over, we asked the staff to change room but there were no other rooms so we had to stay the night there, the kids wake up with bugs bites and i have a movie of the bugs, talked to half of the…
