  Location to theaters ,staff and clean

  Room was smaller than what was shown on booking.com. i was expecting a king deluxe family suite but didn't get a suite.

  Staff very friendly, comfortable room, clean and quiet. Excellent price/quality breakfast. Incredible location at times square. Easy and cheap late check out.

  Too busy elevator in the morning, very large waiting time. One of the elevators was used as breakfast shuttle. I used almost always the escalator (So I didn´t went to the fitness center)

  The location is incredible and despite it being the night before the soccer World Cup final, they arranged a late check-out for us.

  We are a family of 4 so travelled with 4 hard case suitcases. Once opened in front of the two beds, there is little room to move, but considering the prime spot, I guess one can’t expect ample space.
