While having complimentary breakfast included is a nice bonus, the spread could be richer and offer more variety to match the overall quality of the hotel. Soundproofing between adjacent rooms could be improved.

5.0Location so close to times square
Room so dusty and we all got sick next day, Restroom had flush handle issue, even though they fixed it immediately, not a good thing for such a branded hotel. Totally disappointed.

Great location and great breakfast.

Great location but rooms could do with a facelift
7.0The central location, spacious room, the large fridge, and kitchenette were the reasons we booked.
The room was like many in Manhattan: in need of refurbishment a decade or so ago. Old style, small sink, rough towels, smelly shower curtain.

A scam to be investigated
1.0I did not get to see the property where I paid for a 6 day stay. I was told by the customer service I contacted to announce my late arrival that they cannot find a reservation in my name.
I did not like the approach towards their clients and the fact they did not respond in time to my requests. I was definitely the victim of a scam and I am not sure if it was the hotel or the Booking.com, the counterpart I made the payment in January 2026.
