A great value and location hotel for a trip to Lower Manhattan
7.0Super location, friendly reception staff, and a great room for 5 people which kept the cost affordable. Loved the free washing machine usage and the small but perfectly adequate gym. The free breakfast was pretty decent and plentiful.
I never saw all 3 lifts working leading to very long waits at rush hour (like when you’re trying to get to work on time). Also housekeeping was a bit hit and miss - some days very good, then the day I really wanted the room cleaned as I had friends joining me, my room was missed completely.
