10.0The renovations are beautiful. I was there a few years ago and I remember thinking how nice some renovations would be. Well, they did a great job with the upgrades. I will definitely stay there when I return to NYC.
It took too long to inform me of my Grubhub delivery. The staff at the entrance knew it had arrived and knew I was waiting but I had to ask for it twice. I wonder if they planned to eat it.

The room was ok but the service was bad. People shouldn’t have to wait an hour AFTER check in to get into your room.

Check in was supposed to be at 4, but after our long drive in from PA, we had to wait over an hour and a half to have our room cleaned. Couldn’t even have given us a complimentary drink from the bar for making us wait. When you’re paying $800 a night, this is unacceptable.
