The manager was understanding and did not push back at all when we requested a refund. He kindly volunteered to speak to Booking.com to authorize the refund.
There was mold on the walls, the curtain chain was broken, the facilities were very condensed. The building and the rooms need modernization. Windows need to be replaced with noise reduction ones. You can clearly hear all the noise. They are very old. The wall moldings .... everything old and odd. Felt like a motel bed…
