10.0Comfortable bed, beautiful room, nice amenities. What made this experience even better was the staff. They were always cheerful, helpful and went above and beyond to help us. Great location! They even have the famous Lenny the doorman working there. This is a high-level hotel without the high-level price.

Hotel staff very curt and wanted to charge for every ask which normally at a higher end hotel the customer service and experience is elevated to promote return customers.

5.0The hotel itself is beautiful. Rooms are very clean, comfortable, large bathrooms. For a midtown hotel, the accommodations are nice.
We arrived to check in at 6:15PM. Our room was not ready, as the hotel staff mentioned they still had to clean it. I’m unsure how this happens when check out is at 10am ish, and check in time is 3PM.
