Great hotel, family had a great time and experience!
10.0Convenience of theater being at the hotel. We saw The First Shadow.
Spending money for hotel stay, theater tickets, and dinner at the restaurant and still being charged for overnight parking. It should be included in the hotel fees.

Didn't enjoy
4.0Spacious rooms. Valet and maintenance staff. Housekeeping.
Everything else. Location says great but the actual access to/from hotel is the worst, front desk staff were the worst. Check in and check out experience and staff were awful. Very crowded and noisy hotel! The whole vibe is terrible!
