  Liked the vibe and decor in common areas. Liked the free coffee and basic breakfast options. Bed was comfy and room well appointed. Great location.

  We stayed 3 nights and never got any service in the room for towels or making the bed, etc. We would be gone ALL Day from 9am-4pm and then two minutes after we got back to our room they would knock.   Property location was great and close to NYU. Loved that there was a cafe and bar in the hotel.

  It was quite noisy at night. They will provide earplugs at request but sort of inconvenient being directly across from the Warby Theater

  It had a cool vibe, the bed was comfortable and the ac was efficient.

  The staff seemed disinterested in helping or doing any kind of work. When I called the front desk to ask if I could check in early In was on hold for 11 minutes until I hung up and called back.
