  Huge room space, great view on WTC One, close to the metro station. Helpful staff, I asked for room change due to the noise in the room and my request was approved.

  Despite having breakfast included in room price, I was charged extra 30 dollars for it and the staff is ignoring my requests to refund. Disappointing.

  Location was A*. Couldn’t of chosen a better base. The view into the Hudson was out of this world.

  Had requested a cot and kettle for our baby and it was confirmed. Neither was there when we arrived. Aluminium water bottles were supposed to be in room also and it was just normal bottled water.

  the room was superb, the location -even though some might say it's very downtown- was great as you had a subway station right outside the hotel. breakfast was really really good, with great options as well. overall exceeded my expectations. the hotel was recently renovated so great space as well. also a shoutout to eve…

  Excellent location for restaurants, WTC, subway and visiting family

  Had an issue with reservation as we had to cancel room for one night due to flight delays. Being passed back and forward between online booking site and hotel staff- still not resolved.
