  The hotel is well located close to Bryant park and Times Square. Room had a nice view. Loved the toiletries and a Dyson for a hairdryer was fantastic!

  The deposit has not yet been refunded (more than a month after we left the hotel), although we were promised it would be refunded within 7 business days after checkout.

  Everyone was so nice. Housekeepers were so attentive. I especially liked Sandra from the 7th floor. The doormen and greeters were so helpful and nice. Loved all the room amenities. The bed was comfortable, the view was great, and it was so quiet at night. The location was so convenient! Will definitely be back!
