Lovely guest house
9.0Exceptional breakfast (fresh blueberries, cottage, eggs... ) I loved it. Free tea and coffee anytime. Great location on a quiet lovely Chelsea neighbourhood and close to Penn station . Very confortable beds.

I was disappointed at no breakfast on Sunday, but that’s ok. I knew I had a shared bathroom but didn’t quite know what it was. I was thrilled to have a private toilet but never found the shower or knew the protocol. I was really only there for a couple hours, so it was ok. I don’t know what the extra $30 on my bill was…
