  Good location, clean room

  Quite basic facilities - it felt more like a hostel than a hotel - and though some staff were friendly, we had a really bad experience with one member of reception staff, who was repeatedly rude and unhelpful.

  The lobby frequently smelled of sewage. The breakfast area had gnats and only a B rating. The halls were narrow and the cleaning staff was extremely noisy, talking and laughing very loudly.   Location is excellent for subways and transport links. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff especially kind and attentive.

  I love the convenience that everything was within walking distance, and the breakfast at the hotel was great. I'll definitely be going back next year.
