  The property was barely habitable. Filthy stained carpets,months to years of dead bugs in the light fixtures, missing tiles, stained drywall. Among much more.

  The location was excellent. The staff was nice and friendly.

  The room, bathroom, and hotel facilities were all dirty. Except for the linen, the room and bathroom were disgusting. They never cleaned anything during the 7 days I stayed at the hotel. If I had known, I would have chosen another hotel. The room was very uncomfortable for the price we paid. Although hotel rooms in NYC…

  THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT, RIGHT NEXT TO CENTRAL PARK. THE STAFF WAS NICE.

  THE ROOM WAS CRAMPED. THE PHONE DIDN'T WORK. THE BATHROOM SHOWER WAS MOLDY AND CREVICES NOT CLEAN AT ALL. NO MICROWAVE TO HEAT UP ANYTHING. HALLWAY CARPET VERY DIRTY AND DISGUSTING. I FELT WE WERE IN A LAST MINUTE ROOM. THE HOTEL WASN'T A COMFORTABLE STAY.

  I will mention breakfast here and say that it was something for which to consider repetition. I do not think that those preparing breakfast, have had much exposure to the world. On a scale of 1 to 10, i would say 6.
