The staff were friendly and helpful. The free bottled water and drinks in our room was a nice touch and were appreciated. The bed was large and very comfortable. The location between 6th and 7th Avenues was good access to subway stations.
I has has specifically booked and paid for a King room with a city view. When we arrived we were given a room that did not have the view. When I questioned this, I was told by the lady at reception that it was because we arrived late and ours was the last remaining room. As I had checked in online as requested 48 hours…

The hotel had an understaffed vibe. I waited at the registration line too long before getting any service And the wait for food in the restaurant is also below standard for NYC.

Bed’s uncomfortable made loud squeezing noises, broken drawer, moldy clothing steamer, terrible hair dryer, bed linens had strange odor, they don’t have robes/slippers in room you have to call to request them, robes were not in the best condition, moldy shower heads & water isn’t hot enough.
