There was only one working lift, the breakfast wasn’t great and the whole building was covered in scaffolding The one working lift was constantly full of housekeeping staff so we had to use the stairs

A bit pricey, only one lift was working so the waiting time was long, windows are not soundproof, you heard all notice from the street (I was at 19th floor), half of rooftop terrace was used like a storage and looks messy

I love the location, its just walking distance to most of the spots, like 5th Avenue and Times Square. We went there every night. And the rooftop but has the best view of Empire State Building.
The bed is kinda hard.

Don’t prepay because you might end up paying twice
1.0The hotel made a mistake and cancelled my prepaid reservation and kept another one (not paid) that someone else had booked (there was an event in the hotel and the organisers had booked rooms for the participants independently of other bookings they might have). This resulted in “no show fee” of 460 usd even if the gue…
