• We saw most of the things we wanted to see. The hop on off bus was good

  Bit small no cupboard space for clothes. Breakfast was awful, plastic knife forks and spoons on paper plates and quality of food was rubbish.

  We loved the location. Close to the things we wanted to do/see. Breakfast was great. Staff was accommodating. Baggage storage option allowed us to tour more, even after checkout.

  No microwave. Also square edged table in a room so compact presents an potential for injury.

  Location was great, room was comfortable and clean. Front desk staff were very helpful.

  Minor, one day cleaning staff forgot to replace our towels but dud so immediately when told.

• Good hotel to stay if you want to be close to Times Square.

  The room.was being cleaned everyday which was nice. Their location is amazing. Just steps away from Times square.

  They are short staffed. We ordered for an extra blanket to a staff member but he never returned. I wish their breakfast has extended timings. People come to NYC to experience the night life which means they sleep late! Also, they seem to control their Air conditioner settings. It was getting hot in the nights.
