  The location was perfect for what we wanted to do/ see. Every member of staff was very helpful, polite , friendly, professional and went out of their way to give assistance- the reception staff/ breakfast staff were superb. The lead receptionist ( we didn’t catch her name) really set the tone and standard of the hotel…

  Absolutely nothing to dislike. A thought ….. maybe have a way of asking guests if they need towels/ linen changed every day, as we didn’t require this for a 3 day stay.

  The hotel and the room itself were fantastic. The view from the room was amazing. From the terrace, you could see the Empire State Building over the rooftops. The rooms were spacious. The breakfast was very good. I highly recommend it!
