Excellent location. We got room 4905 facing north. It was very quiet considering it is very close to Times Square. Gym is new and well equipped, staff was helpful
We reserved a room with breakfast but you actually get 30$ + tax to buy salads, drinks, coffee and sandwiches in a local store. This budget also include 18% service. Change that is added to your bill.

They should tell you in advance that they add a 18% gratuity automatically when you buy any item including a bag of chips.
