  The room was too small for two people my husband and I felt very uncomfortable the air conditioning was too cold and couldn’t regulate it as to make it comfortable for the price that was charged and no coffee machine in the room

  Construction lights and noise right outside my window from midnight until 5am made sleep impossible

  The location is right in the middle of time sqaure and alot of things to do near by at all times of day and night.

  Our room did not have working AC unit, there was a window unit put in place but it could not maintain the room as cold as I wanted it to be during the summer hit.

  Location of this hotel was outstanding - 1/2 block from Port Authority and a couple of blocks from Times Square. Close to subways and theaters. Very walkable to most places.   Location so walkable to Times Square and broadway. Garveys Irish Pub right there had good food, drink, and offered a discount to Hotel Shocard guests. They were able to hold my suitcase so I could explore before checking in.
