• It was decent for one night but for a longer stay I'd expect a bit more.

  The employees were phenomenal. Bed wasn't sure about comfort level at first but I slept pretty good.

  There was no comforter on the bed. Also, the lighting on the bathroom was too dim. The shower pressure for being an open shower the water sprayed all over the whole bathroom.

  Location was amazing, right in the middle of everything. Simple walks to main subway and food places.

  Some carpets could do with replacing as they're stained. But that would be a push to find anything wrong.

• Hotel Hayden helped make my first trip to NYC a big success!

  Staff was pleasant and I loved that they held my bags both before and after check in/out. Location was convenient. Walking distance to Penn station and close to subway.

  Bed was uncomfortable and the tv/cable selection was poor as well as confusing.

  The convenience and the friendliness of the staff

  When we arrived, we found out that we almost lost our reservation because they couldn’t get a hold of us however we had been traveling and on an airplane so we had no service thankfully we made it just in time to not lose our accommodations.

  AC was not working. Bathroom door knob was busted and door did not close. Shower design was such that the shower water was consistently splattering on the bathroom floor creating pooled water on the tile floor

  The location is excellent! Just a few steps and you’re in a metro station. The room is big, the bed is huge and comfortable, the bathroom is big and clean. The breakfast is Continental style, so you won’t have a lot of options, but everything is delicious.
