  The hotel is in a great location and overall everything was good. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The complimentary breakfast was decent, but nothing special.   Good service, close to main attractions in the city, fast elevators.

  Very very noisy. Constructions near the hotel 24 hours a day. Couldn't sleep at all. Smoking porch right beneath the room. Grab and go Breakfast is terrible.

  The information provided at check-in was non existent even using the QR code in the room the information was difficult to navigate and just went in circles.   People friendly and it was clean. Its very close to Times Square.

  To Go breakfast is horrible. The room was very dark. The room was very small, nowhere place to put the things and luggage. Its rather old. The shower is fix on the wall, you can't move it.
