5.0Room was lovely, albeit a bit small but it was enough for a short stay.
No turn down service. Were there 3 nights no clean towels or bed sheets. We asked and the staff didn’t understand us. When speaking to reception they told us we could t have clean things. The lift situation is great when it’s quiet but not when it’s busy. Breakfast was heaving!!!

other than the elevators i would say i can see myself staying here again in the future.
8.0the location is perfect it is by times square and near 5th avenue and all the touristy places and not too noisy and busy. the room and amenities are fine for couples. staff is very helpful.
the elevator is a pain. if you trying to use the elevators at 9-10am it is always full and i always end up taking the stairs. pressing to get an elevator and going to the correct one is challenge.

We needed to wait 20 minutes for the elevator! We needed to plan our time according to the elevators. This has never happened to us.

Have nothing bad to say. The only thing negative was how low the bed was to the floor.
