Long wait to leave hotel throughout the day. Lack of attention to what was requested for service.

The elevator was broken and at popular times took 10-20 mins. Also the maid service didn't listen as one to time asked for trash and dirty towels to be removed. I came back hours later abd it was still there. They also took the shower curtain which wasn't asked. So I had to ask for shower curtain back .

For the price charged per night for any room it was terrible! The building has over 30 floors and only 2 elevators one of which was not working while we were there.
