We have stayed 9 nights in this hotel, very cozy and comfortable, especially we liked the location a lot.

The staff was very accommodating. In fact we had a giggle with one of the staff in the elevator!
10.0We were only blocks away from MSG which was our destination for the weekend. Our room was perfect with two beds for the three of us. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel as there are many bagel shops the kids wanted to try.
There was nothing about the stay we did not like. Although fresh towels would have been nice. At least fresh wash clothes on the second day.

Overall I say it was a good experience
8.0It was walking/public transportation distance to a lot of attractions also we were able to park on street for free on the weekends
The room was very small ( I guess it’s normal in NY) the building is a bit old
