1.0I was out on the ground floor. It is literally a basement and the sink is so tiny. Te toilet was running water when I came in. There’s practically no sheets on the bed unless it’s paper. The breakfast is a nightmare. I didn't bother going downstairs a second morning. Chaos, loads of people, no tables, etc. The reception staff was not polite at all but adequate, at least . All vending machines were out of order. Elevators require long waits.
