AMAZING location, accommodations, and staff!

The staff was incredibly friendly, the rooms were spacious and had a mini fridge and microwave (huge bonus, a lot of places in the city don’t) which is super important if you’re like me, eating your way through the city and bringing home midnight snacks. No smoking area out front like the Hyatt next door. There’s a small outdoor area for guests and bar patrons, but no smoking or vaping allowed. It’s not a huge issue or a deterrent in any way, as you can easily just sit in the provided space next door at Hyatt or stand off to the side like other guests.

Decent Hotel. Not too pricey. Great location.
8.0Staff friendly. Clean. Lifts worked well and never had to wait very long. Room and bathroom clean and reasonably spacious for central NYC hotel. Great location central to everything
Old Air-conditioning unit in the room was noisy. Wasn't to warm in the room anyway so we turned it off. Room decor a bit dated but perfectly functional. Kettle in the room (in addition to the coffee pod machine) would have been nice.

9.0Comfortable bed and pillows, accurate climate control, friendly staff. The location was excellent, and the view from our room was photo worthy. The microwave was a nice touch. Steps away from the Herald Square train station, we did not have to cross a street.
The coffee maker was fine, the available coffee K-cups were not up to par. If your reading this, try a half a cup of water, just to up the taste. Or, bring your own coffee K-cups. You will run into homeless people outside the hotel, but they seemed harmless, and it really is not the hotel's fault, just proceed with cau…
