10.0Hotel was very clean and tidy. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Location was great for exploring all New York had to offer. Particular call out to David, the manager, who went above and beyond, was always very helpful and friendly. he dealt with any queries we had in a very fast and professional manner.

Loads of places to eat nearby, Bryant park is a 10min stroll and is beautiful, 5th Avenue is at the doorstep, Times Square is practically 5 min walk, Central Park Columbus circle is a pleasant 20min walk. Aircon can be noisy and don’t expect peace and quiet in street facing rooms even if on top floors. Pillows too soft but that’s a personal preference. Mattress good perhaps not the same as the Hilton’s non budget ones. Sleep quality 7/10

The beds were a bit uncomfortable. The room was by the ice machine. There was some noise from guests using the machine after midnight.
