9.0Great location. Lovely helpful staff. Two beds makes the room pretty small, but still comfortable. I take back what I said about the shower last year, this year it was great! 😄
Nothing everything was great. However, dont get confused ... check in closes at midnight, not the hotel.... you won't be forced to sleep outside, just notify them in advance if checking in after midnight. Also heads up ... the security deposit is US$100 per night (which is pretty normal).

Good hotel in a central location. Comfortable bed. Polite, helpful staff. Would stay again.
8.0Room was great. Hotel staff polite and helpful. Location was great. Reasonably priced for NYC hotel. Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.
The elevators. Elevators were slow and occasionally one or two of the three elevators were out of order. Would not deter me from staying there again, provided I have a room on a lower floor.

Staff was terrible, Only one girl at the desk on Sun morning was good... all the rest had 0 hospitality... No amenities at all. The Elevator most of the time was packed and no music, we had to wait 5min most of the time.

6.0Location is very good close to Central Park, Broadway and many activities.
Check-in staff was quite unfriendly. Rooms are smaller, we stayed at many Hilton Hotels this was not like them. You have to wait for elevators. One morning we waited 8 minutes !!!

Excelente opção em NYC com custo benefício
10.0A localização é excelente e facilita muito o deslocamento em NYC. Próximo da Time Square. O Quarto é excelente, super limpo, espaço, com banheiro amplo e ótimo tamanho de cama.
