  The hotel is in a great location. The staff are very polite. The hotel is clean and well-organized; the pillows are comfortable, and there’s a hair dryer, iron, towels, etc. I loved it—I highly recommend it!

  Bed was incredibly comfortable. Staff were friendly. Free Prosecco between 4 and 7pm. Ability to use the gym next door for free was very welcome. Hotel was impeccably clean, very tasteful and grand decor. Right next to 33st Subway Station. Genuinely nothing not to like - would (and will) stay again. I genuinely do not…

  The only negatives is the size of the room. It's very tight and compact. But, given it's NYC you kinda have to expect that.

  Location of hotel made it easy to get to most places. Bonus subway entrance on 33rd made it easy to travel by subway.

  The location is right next to the 6 train & the staff were very helpful. They gave us a free upgrade for our honeymoon.

  A couple were promised a room and their room was not available by the time they were supposed to checkin, no manager was present to solve their issue. They had to find another hotel even though they had a paid reservation, which was hard to witness.

  Bed was comfy

  Unable to take a full shower because the tub was clogged. Had to leave to go to where my dad was staying- The Shelbourne Sonesta, so my husband could take decent shower.
