  Location was very good, very close to subway and stores / restaurants nearby. Still far enough from the mass crowds of Times Square and the like. Very clean and spacious rooms and friendly staff. For the people that like to workout: they don’t have a gym but you free access to the fully equipped gym across the street.

  Our room was in the back and faced a wall of the building next to it so we did not have any sunlight making the room dark even during the day (typical NYC…).   The Dino is so cute, my kiddos love it! Staff was very kind and accommodating. Rooms were clean. I loved the bidet! Location was walkable to nearly anything and the street cleaners in the morning kept the street clean.

  Stayed here previously. Spacious rooms and well equipped. Staff welcoming and efficient. Plug in bathtub was broken and the safe locked us out but the staff sorted the issues straight away

  Fantastic location close to whatever you might need. Penn Station (and Madison Square Garden!) is one block over and you can pretty much get to anywhere in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx or Queens from there. We had a great trip, and the staff were super helpful with everything we needed. Will for sure return next time.
