  The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. It’s a very short walking distance from shops, msg, and Times Square.

  Just a little hard to navigate with a wheelchair. The elevators would have some issues but were fixed fairly quick and they accommodated to get us from floor to floor.

  Elevator issues. Only two elevators that are also used by staff and cleaning which caused even more delays. On our last day the elevator went on private operation and staff was transporting people up and down while elevator was in service.
