  Staff was very nice and friendly. Not too bad of a walk to some locations in NYC. Bed was comfy, love the automatic window shades. Nice kitchen set up.

  In a weird part of NYC, drug dealers outside the hotel. It smells of weed. The door of our hotel room had a hard time shutting. The shower was not clean for us.

  $250 dollar bond they don't tell you about before you check in and 3 days to get it back.

• A good property for our needs. 2 adults and 4 teens staying in 2 rooms.

  The staff was helpful and friendly. They had decent food for breakfast and the staff was great. We found the location within walking distance to many things.

  It is a very busy hotel on the weekends. There can be a wait for elevators and the lobby can get crowded.

• Stay is ok, but there can be room for improvement

  Surprised that the unit is complete. It is like a mini service apartment.

  We didn't have in-room slippers. The shower can be updated and it would be nice if there is bidet. The bed is a little too soft, the pillows needs a little more update.

  Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine. No complaints at all. Definitely have to get there early or it gets really crowded. Room was small but had everything we needed. Kitchenette was a bonus.

  Only thing was the shower floor was not pitched towards the drain... Oops! So we were kind of standing in water while showering. Water pressure could be a bit better. No biggie.
