The elevator and lobby area can get crowded. Between checking out, checking in, waiting for checked luggages or waiting for the elevator, no one knows. It can get very disorganized in this area during "peak" hours.

Great location, quiet room, wonderful staff
10.0The hotel is in a perfect location, close to many landmarks and several subway stations. It’s walking distance to Times Square, Central Park, Bryant park, and the Empire State Building. The room was surprisingly quiet and we couldn’t hear any street noise. The staff was so friendly too
A couple outlets didn’t work and the sink was slow to drain, but nothing a little maintenance can’t fix. It was so minor and didn’t impact our stay at all

Decent for location but not the best option for the price
6.0Location was decent because it was close to activities and sightseeing but not smack in the middle of all the chaos
Rooms were exceptionally small and the shower was flawed the water poured out everyday so the floors were always wet and not enough towels to keep it dry Hotel itself was fairly small - practically no lobby and one small bench to sit , it gets too crowded around checking in and checking out
