The location to Times Square and 5th ave was fantastic.
The breakfast was cold and no flavor. Need to step that up. Also one elevator was down the wait times were long.

Room was the size of a closet and next ti something that smelled like gas and the sink did not drain unless you to the stopper out. Elevator was extremely slow.

The beds were small and the pillows were bad. The elevator also broke and only one was working. And lastly, the air conditioning was not working properly so it was hard to keep the room cool.
