Amazing. Would stay here again.
10.0Location is perfect, loved having a Starbucks in walking distance. Subway was a short walk and lots of little shops. Roof top bar was amazing! The views were impeccable. Room was cleaned daily and they even folded our pjs.
The food options were very limited but there were restaurants near by.

Soundproof needs improvement. Not fun being awoken at 5am.

We stayed on the 4th floor Sept 10-13 and the cleaning staff were loud starting at 5am. The door had a huge gap at the bottom and you can hear everything in the hallways at all hours of the night. Including the staff watching their shows on their phone loudly in the storage rooms.

Great location near 9/11 Memorial. Close to subway and lots of sites. I loved walking along the Hudson. Nice staff, great view, very clean and quiet.

Never again - they overbook and cancel rooms
4.0I will not consider staying at this hotel again. At 4:00 p.m. on the day of our arrival, the hotel called to tell us that no room was available, even though we had arrived earlier and prepaid for our stay. Their first proposed solution was to issue a refund, which would have left us without accommodation while travelin…

Memorable NY Vaca
8.0The close proximity to the 9/11 Memorial was very nice. The staff was friendly, room very clean, loved the free water station on our floor.
We didn't request it, but were given a room w a handicap accessible bathroom and the shower water spread onto the floor past the small rubber retaining piece on the floor.
