Great spot to experience everything about Times Square
8.0Perfect location. Breakfast was excellent and staff were very helpful, cheery & looked like they genuinely cared.
The room was governed by the tablet that operated all lights, black out curtain etc. The system failed one morning leaving us in complete darkness & having to ask for maintenance to fix it to be able to get dressed.

Fantastic location, comfy room, friendly staff!
8.0Location was fantastic, safe, central and close to many subway entrances/exits, room was well equipped and comfy, staff were friendly and helpful and attentive.
Room was clean, but a few small issues were missed during full cleaning.

Not my first review on this place...always worth the stay!
10.0I have stayed at many Citizen M's...specifically this location 5 times in the past and it never disappoints! The staff is always amazing and friendly, the facility is clean, and the rooms are perfect for a weekend in NYC. You can't beat the location! I love the Cloud bar, also a nice touch!
I really wish they would get secure wifi for working.
